Shipping policy

Shipping: Everything ships from Vermont. Orders are packed and out the door within one to three business days, often sooner. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on orders over $25. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Pre-orders and drops: Some pieces are made in limited runs and open for pre-order before they're in hand. When that's the case, the estimated ship window is noted right on the product page. Pre-order timing reflects how these are made: in small batches, by hand, without rushing the people making them.

If something goes wrong in transit: Waxed canvas and leather can pick up a faint scent or a soft crease after time sealed in a box. That settles on its own. If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, send a note to fieldguide@coastlandsupply.com and we'll make it right.
