The Islander Tote
Description
Some bags need a summer to break in. The Islander arrives with one behind it.
Inspired by carefree days in Vermont's Champlain Islands, and the sporty canvas bags that came along on every family vacation, it's made from 20oz canvas and stone-washed twice for a soft, worn-in finish from day one. All the nostalgia, without looking like a souvenir.
The silhouette is roomy and relaxed, with a surprising number of clever extras: longer shoulder straps joined by a snap tab so they actually stay on your shoulder, a hidden magnetic phone pocket, oversized interior pocket, grommeted lower-corner reinforcements, and a substantial crossbody strap finished in canvas on one side and thicker woven canvas on the other.

PRODUCT CARE
The Islander was made to look lived-in, so a little wear is part of the point. Spot clean with a soft cloth, cool water, and mild soap, testing on a discreet area first.
Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, or tumble dry, as this may affect the shape, hardware, and stone-washed finish. If the bag gets wet, reshape it and allow it to air-dry naturally away from direct heat.
The canvas will continue to soften and fade subtly with use. Scuffs, creases, and variations in color aren’t flaws - they’re how the bag becomes yours.
